Hi-Dow guarantees this product free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase from an authorized vendor.
Obtaining warranty service is easy. Please fill out our Product Registration Form online to get a Product Registration ID within 30 days of your purchase. You can also
send the registration card back to us via mail.
If you are having operation issue with your Hi-Dow device, please contact Hi-Dow International at 314-569-2888 to speak with a friendly sales associate who will walk you through some trouble shooting steps. If it is determined that warranty service is necessary you can send in the defective device to Hi-Dow’s warranty department at the address below:

Please include the following items with your return:
-defective unit only (we do not need the box, pads, wires, ect. unless requested by customer service)
-copy of your receipt showing the date, vendor, and amount paid
-a brief note describing the reason for return.
-return shipping address and phone number
-a check for $5.95 to cover the cost of return shipping.
The only way to be sure that you are buying a genuine Hi-Dow stimulator unit is by purchasing from an authorized Hi-Dow retailer.
There are many counterfeit dealers trying to sell poor quality fakes posing as genuine Hi-Dow stimulator devices. Unauthorized dealers have been known to use the Hi-Dow logo and product photography without our consent, making it difficult to distinguish an authentic Hi-Dow product from a fake. These counterfeit products are not approved by the FDA and may present a heath and safety risk to the consumer. Our warranty does not cover any product obtained from an unauthorized dealer, and purchasing from these companies may put you at risk of credit card fraud and identity theft.
